Doctor Who - The Day of the Doctor 3-D Blu-ray U.S. and UK Cover Art

The Doctor Who 50th Anniversary Special The Day of the Doctor is available in 3-D in two versions. One from the U.S. and one from the United Kingdom. Apparently the U.S. version contains a 3-D Blu-ray disc, a 2-D Blu-ray disc and a DVD. The United Kingdom packaging indicates only the 3-D Blu-ray is available when purchasing that version. Each Blu-ray contains similar artwork. To our knowledge, the 3-D Blu-ray contains the same programming.
